GET IN TOUCHTumi – PalletProof
A collaboration with suitcase and bag retailer Tumi, PalletProof showcases the brand’s military-grade ballistic nylon and was part of a moving exhibition through Hong Kong, Taiwan, Japan, and ending with the opening of their flagship store at Takashimaya Shopping Centre.
Inspired by the original use of ballistic nylon, which was developed as a material for flak jackets worn by airmen during World War II, we wrapped the material over several custom made pallets.
These industrial pallets are now doubly strong, and hopefully pallet (bullet) proof. They are also now safer for handling, reducing the risk of splinter injuries.
