Our brief was to design a showcase for Greubel Forsey, using Sincere’s façade at Takashimaya S.C.. Building a platform on the tagline ‘Where the Brightest Gather’, we created different personas for each brand to shine. In this case, ‘The Groundbreaker’ aptly communicates the inventiveness and technical virtuosity of Greubel Forsey that went into the making of 20 remarkable calibres.
Dressing the windows in the style of a haute horlogerie journal, intricate line drawings and descriptions were laid out around the display cases, resulting in a eye-catching presentation that would draw both enthusiasts and casual passers-by to take a closer look. Subsequent showcases for brand partners, e.g. A. Lange & Söhne, will be developed in a similar vein, with equally considered titles.
