&Larry was privileged to act as brand consultant for GIC, Singapore's sovereign wealth fund. GIC is a disciplined long-term investor. Working closely with SCA Designs, we delved into the organisation’s history, core values and directives to strategise the overall concept, spatial and design direction, so as to create an inspiring and holistic experience for GIC staff and visitors alike.
To showcase different aspects of the organisation, three artworks — ‘Primed For Change’, ‘Further Together’ and ‘A Torn Dollar Bill – and Gold For Singapore’ — were conceptualised and developed using cutting-edge technologies. Aside from setting logo guidelines for signages, we also lent our insights to various touchpoints such as wayfinding and materiality of the space.
The signages for each room were named in alphabetical order based on our concept of ‘qualities that built our nation’.
